THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF BONEYFIDE WELLNESS WITH MONICA BONEY, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL BONEYFIDE WELLNESS WITH MONICA BONEY, LLC CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $100.

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the state of  Texas, USA, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Boneyfide Wellness with Monica Boney, LLC  and you, or its business partners and associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products or services you purchase from me shall be arbitrated by state (Texas) or federal (USA) court and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
